Multi-skilled apprenticeship

Our Multi-Skilled Apprenticeship offers the chance to develop skills in vehicle panel, paint, mechanical and electrical trim repair to become a fully-fledged vehicle repair technician.

On a Multi-skilled Vehicle Repair apprenticeship, you will train as a repair technician in the collision repair industry, repairing and restoring a range of passenger and light commercial vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

You will learn how to identify and remove mechanical, electrical and trim components; assess the level of damage and repair/replace panels as appropriate; and prepare and paint the required areas of the vehicle to the manufacturers' specification.

Our experienced technicians will guide you through the various stages of repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and to assist with your onsite learning and develop your skills, there will be block release at Blackpool and The Fylde College where you will work with specialised teachers to gain a broad range of skills to test when you are back in the workplace!
