The Vella Group is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We take a zero-tolerance approach and expect the same standards from those we work with.
Our Business & Supply Chain
The Vella Group operates a network of accident repair centres across the UK.
Our supply chain includes vehicle parts, paint and materials, equipment, waste services and professional support. Our operations and supply chain are UK-based.
Policies & Governance
We maintain policies to ensure ethical and transparent business practices, including:
• Recruitment and right-to-work checks
• Supplier expectations and standards
• Whistleblowing procedures
These policies are supported through our wider governance framework.
Due Diligence
We take a practical approach to managing risk, including:
• Working with established and reputable suppliers
• Ongoing review of key supplier relationships
• Internal controls across recruitment and compliance
• Alignment with operational and ESG audit processes
We are continuing to strengthen supplier onboarding and central oversight as the business grows.
Risk & Compliance
We recognise potential risks within supply chains, particularly in manufacturing, materials and outsourced services.
Our direct operations are considered low risk due to:
• UK-based workforce, supply chain and regulated environment
• Robust recruitment and right-to-work processes
• Skilled roles with defined standards
We continue to embed modern slavery considerations into supplier management and ESG activity.

We are building our approach to measuring effectiveness and raising awareness through:
