The Vella Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Axiom Accident Repair Centres on Thursday 18th April 2024. With two sites in Peterborough and Daventry, the acquisition of the Axiom business strengthens The Vella Group’s footprint across the East of England.

Axiom Accident Repair Centres was founded in January 2020 by Jordan Fisher and Tony Hodgson, with the opening of the first site in Peterborough. This was followed by a second site in Daventry which opened in January 2021. Both accident repair centres have seen significant investment and have the latest tools, equipment, and have a strong technical workforce trained in innovative repair techniques.

Marc Holding, Managing Director of The Vella Group commented, “We are incredibly happy to be welcoming Axiom Accident Repair Centres into The Vella Group. Jordan, Tony, and the team have built an excellent business with a strong market position. Axiom has a reputation for delivering high quality repairs and being a people-centric business; demonstrated by the support they have continually shown to their staff. We are looking forward to working closely with the Axiom team over the coming weeks, and we would like to thank Jordan and Tony for trusting us with the next stage of Axiom’s journey.”

Jordan Fisher, Axiom Accident Repair Centres added, “Over the last four years, we have been through a lot with our staff, most of whom have been with us from day one and helped us through the turbulence of Covid-19 and lockdowns. We agreed we would not sell the business, but after seeing the personal approach The Vella Group take, we knew they were the perfect fit to take what we have built to the next level. Our staff will be in safe hands and that means more to us than anything else. We want to wish The Vella Group and our staff continued success for the future and we hope the addition of Axiom Accident Repair Centres to The Vella Group’s existing business helps them with their continued sustainable growth.”
