The Vella Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of RGM Vehicle Body Repairs, a well-established, family-owned business that has been serving motorists across South Wales for more than 50 years. 

Operating from two sites in Swansea and Haverfordwest with a team of over 40 people, RGM has earned a reputation for technical excellence, exceptional customer service and long-standing relationships with customers, insurers and manufacturer partners.  The business holds a range of vehicle manufacturer approvals, and has become one of the region's most respected accident repair specialists. 

Originally founded by Robert Morgan, and now led by Paul Morgan, RGM has become well established over four decades by focusing on quality workmanship, investing in its people and always putting customers first. Those values closely align with The Vella Group's own approach to building a sustainable, values-led business. 

As part of the transaction, Paul Morgan will remain with the business on a consultancy basis to help ensure a smooth transition for colleagues, customers and partners.
