This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are working with LV= General Insurance to tackle the impact of loneliness and mental health on males, especially within the accident repair industry.

Recent research found from LV and their charity partner Family Action, found that 81% of men are hiding their problems from their nearest and dearest and 18% didn't know where to turn when they needed help or support.

To tackle this, we've worked with LV= to install telephones in our reception areas, providing customers and staff with a direct code to access Family Action's FamilyLine support service. This helpline provides 24/7, completely free support via telephone, text, or email, allowing people to talk to someone about any family problems they are having.
