What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Panel Technician, you'll carry out high-quality body repairs on a wide range of vehicles — ensuring all work meets manufacturer, insurance, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs using approved methods and standards (Thatcham, OEM, insurer, and internal guidelines).
• Carry out panel replacement, repair, and filler work to the highest standard.
• Finish repairs using appropriate materials (e.g. 180-grade production paper).
• Accurately log and communicate any additional parts required.
• Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines relevant to your role.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with experience and drive who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For:

• IMI or ATA qualified (or equivalent) Panel Technician – preferred.
• Previous Bodyshop experience in a similar role.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence – required.

• Full-time, permanent
•       Monday to Friday
•       8.5-hour shifts
