Jordanna Callaghan becomes first female Vella trained VDA
The Vella Group would like to announce that they have trained their first female Vehicle Damage Assessor.

Jordanna, who has worked at the Group's LV Sole Supply Site in Deeside for two years, has become the first female to be trained up to the role of Vehicle Damage Assessor while at The Vella Group.

Starting as a VDA Assistant, Jordanna has shown all the skills and the desire to go that step further in her career. She has successfully passed all her VDA training and will commence her new role in the coming months.

The Group are incredibly pleased, not only for Jordanna, but also to see more females joining and expressing an interest in what has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. The Vella Group are committed to operating an inclusive and equal environment and hope to showcase the industry as a fantastic place for women to achieve.
