As a Customer Service Claims Handlers, you will be based within a small team. You are the voice of the Company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must, as well as the ability to handle customer concerns and develop an exceptional resolution.
Working closely in partnership with our sites, this will require you to work with a variety of employees across various departments, this will ensure that decisions are made to guarantee an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers.
This role is working 24 hours a week. 
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer needs and expectations whilst ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction. 
  • Become expert, and maintain up to date knowledge of work provider SLA's.
  • To ensure mobility vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance before release and any excesses are applied and confirmed to the customer.
  • Keeping customers informed of job progress and completion dates. 
  • To update work providers.
  • To be flexible and adapt to change.
  • Support all departments and personnel within the Company required.
  • To attend various training coursers pertaining to your role within the Company. 
  • To always present a professional Company image. 
About You:
  • Ideally you have prior customer service experience.
  • Ideally you have some knowledge of work providers. 
  • You are passionate about delivering excellent service.
  • You are flexible, organised and a real team player.
