Due to high demand, our Liverpool site is looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Manager with a strong background in Production. The Assistant Manager will be crucial in supporting the Site Manager with driving all KPI’s across the business, reporting back to the Regional Manager, and proactively engaging in forward thinking and success planning.
Your key responsibilities will be:
ABOUT YOU:
· Have strong methodology knowledge within the Bodyshop repair industry, Production and VDA.
· Have experience with managing a site/ Bodyshop and people.
· Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
· Willing to go that extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
