MET Technician

Our Coventry site is a brand-new, state-of-the-art site due to open at the end of Spring 2022, and has seen significant investment from the company.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
The role:
As an MET Technician, you will strip and rebuild the mechanical, electrical, and trim components of a customer's vehicle to the highest standard.
Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Carrying out four-wheel alignment checks and adjustments and completing these repairs using manufacturer and industry methods of repair
- Ensuring the vehicle is protected during the stages of repair using safety and protection equipment
- Working closely with your fellow Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and Production Team to ensure a smooth and complete production process for all vehicles
- Adhering to company policies, guidelines, and health and safety regulations (operated within Covid-19 guidelines, check appropriate PPE, COSHH requirements, etc)
- Working with electric vehicles
What are we looking for in you?
- Ideally you are an IMI/ATA qualified MET Technician with strong bodyshop experience
- You have a strong work ethic to provide the best quality service
- You are a team player
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- You are committed to delivering an excellent customer service
- Ideally you hold a full UK driving licence
