Site Customer Service

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Our Coventry site is a brand-new, state-of-the-art site due to open at the end of Spring 2022, and has seen significant investment from the company.

The role:

Customer Service is something we're passionate about and pride ourselves on to stand out from our competition. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and customer-focused to represent our core values, and be the first face you see when you walk into our bodyshop.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

Liaising with customers and insurance companies both over the phone and face-to-face
Updating the customer on each stage of the repair process and providing estimated completion dates
Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles
Scanning invoices
Working with the parts department to ensure all correct parts for a job
Taking excess and retail payments and adding up the day's takings
Being responsible for the site's banking, credit card payments, cash, cheques, and taking to the bank
Making sure all job packs are correct and up to date
Signing off work and ensuring each state of the repair has been completed
