The overview of the Customer Service Claims Handler is to provide the best customer service to our customers.
Core duties and responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Claims Handler, you will be based within a small team. You are the voice of the company therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must as well as the ability to handle customer concerns and develop an exceptional resolution.
Working closely in partnership with our sites, this will require you to build relationships with a variety of employees across various departments, this will ensure that decisions are made to guarantee an exceptional customer service is delivered to all customers.
