We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to work at our Manchester site!

Customer Service Representatives are the face of the company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must, as well as the ability to handle customer concerns and develop an excellent resolution. Within this role, you will be required to arrange collection and delivery of customer's vehicles.
Working closely in partnership with our Customer Service Drivers and Vehicle Damage Assessors to ensure that decisions are made to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers. As a family business, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
