As a QC at The Vella Group we want all our staff to take pride in the quality of their work. We are uncompromising on customer safety; therefore, all our repairs are to manufacturer and industry standards. Due to being a customer facing role, the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times is expected, delivering what's important to each individual customer is key.
Quality Controllers are expected to carry out final QC checks on all types of vehicles, so high attention to detail is a must to ensure the vehicles are presented back to the customer to the highest standard. QCs are required to image all vehicles at the end of the repair using a tablet, along with ensuring all relevant documents are completed and accurate.
Working closely in partnership with our Technicians, VDAs and Customer Services, to ensure that decisions are made on the appropriate method of repair. As a family business we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
