We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join our Liverpool site.
42 hours per week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning.

Customer Service Receptionists are the face of the company so a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must. You must also be able to handle customer concerns and develop an exceptional resolution. Within this role you will be required to arrange the collection and delivery of customer's vehicles.
You will work closely with our Customer Service Drivers and Vehicle Damage Assessors to make decisions to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers. As a family business, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team with a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
