Our preliminary assessment is done via images supplied by you, at one of our centres or at a location chosen by you.
The full assessment, prior to the repair, is a more thorough one to ensure the correct manufacturer approved method of repair is used and required parts are identified.
Our fully trained technicians go to work. A computer based measurement system is used to analyse the structure of the repair and check for electronic faults, this ensures an accurate repair. The vehicle is now returned back to the manufacturers exact specifications.
As the vehicle nears completion, our team will be in touch to arrange for your vehicle to be handed back over to you. We prefer customers to call in to collect, so our technical staff can discuss the repairs with yourself, but we can arrange delivery if preferred. All our work has a lifetime warranty for repairs carried out and paint, and manufacturer warranties on all parts.
