We are operating a no visitor policy at all our repair centres, so at this time we will be operating collection and deliveries of vehicles only.
Our Assist team will arrange a suitable collection time from you during your initial phone call. If you had already arranged to drop-off your vehicle in the coming months, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you in due course to arrange a collection.
If you have Covid-19, display symptoms, or know you have been in contact with somebody who has, please inform our team during your initial phone call and we can assess the job to ensure yours and our team's safety.
Collecting your vehicle
Our drivers will remain socially distanced from you at all times and will be wearing the correct PPE. You will be asked to place your key into a plastic bag that will be on your doorstep, and the driver will then collect this once you have stepped away.
Vehicle protection will be placed in the vehicle, including a seat cover and our driver will sanitise any areas they may come into contact with.
Vehicles on site
All vehicles will be thoroughly sanitised before they enter our bodyshop and before they leave to be returned to you.
Our technicians and team members will be wearing a mask and gloves at all times when in contact with your vehicle, and the vehicle will be protected through plastic wraps on steering wheels, floors, gear sticks, and seats.
Returning your vehicle
Once the vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and all touch points of the vehicle are sanitised, it will be returned to you.
Again, our drivers will be wearing masks, gloves, and will have applied a seat cover. The driver will then place your car keys into a plastic bag for you to pick up.
You are able to inspect your vehicle before our driver leaves. Our driver will step away and remain at least 2 metres from you while you do this.
We will not be obtaining a signature in person, and our Assist team will follow up with you via a phone call.
If you do need to attend a site for any reason, we ask you to wear a face covering in line with government guidelines. Please observe social distancing when on site between yourself and others.
We ask that if you are displaying any symptoms of the virus, please follow government advice and stay at home and inform our Customer Service team
