We are looking to recruit an individual who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service to work at our brand new, purpose built site in Knowsley, Merseyside. Bodyshop or motor trade experience is preferred, but not essential.
Customer Service Receptionist are the face of the Company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must, as well as the ability to handle customer concerns and develop an exceptional resolution. Within this role you will be required to arrange collection and delivery of customer's vehicles.
Working closely in partnership with our Customer Service Drivers and Vehicle Damage Assessors, to ensure that decisions are made to guarantee an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers. As a family business we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team, and a culture of sharing knowledge of best practice with each other.
